Șerban Flondor was born 1683 to Toader Flondor (c1650-c1620) and Maria Gherman (c1655-c1710) and died 1768 of unspecified causes. He married Catrina (Anița) Bainschi (c1686-c1750) .
Șerban Flondor had the ranks of great medelnicer and vornic of Câmpulung pe Ceremuș (now Dovhopillia, Ukraine). He was owner of the estates of Putila, Șipotele Sucevei half of Câmpulung pe Ceremuș, Milie, Hlinița, Milișăuți, Robeliceni, Domușeni și Bivolari.
