Biography
Abigail Harley was born circa 1695 to Robert Harley, 1st Earl of Oxford and Earl Mortimer (1661-1724) and Elizabeth Foley (c1663-1691) and died 15 July 1750 of unspecified causes. She married George Henry Hay, 8th Earl of Kinnoull (1689-1758) 1 September 1709 .
