Adam Oliver was born 11 September 1827 in Jedburgh, Roxburghshire, Scotland, United Kingdom to Adam Oliver (1803-1877) and Elizabeth Oliver Cumming (1805-1882) and died 21 December 1899 Delegate, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. He married Janet Mabon (1832-1904) 26 January 1855 in Bedrule, Scotland, United Kingdom.
He arirved in New South Wales in 1856 on the Bee with his family.
