He married Emma Jane Coughlin (1873-1950) 2 July 1896 in Walcha, New South Wales, Australia.

Obituary
The death occurred on Oct. 12th of Mr Adrian William Bath, in Walcha District Hospital. Deceased, who was the last remaining son of the late Mr and Mrs Christopher Path, was born in Walcha district 69 years ago, and followed the occupation of a carpenter. For the past five years he was unable to carry out heavy work owing to heart trouble.
He married Miss Emma Coughlin, daughter of Mrs John Coughlin, and the late Mr.J. Coughlin, of Coopernook, and besides his wife is survived by five daughters: Mrs J. Hoad (Gunnedah), Mrs A. Parker (Lambton), Mrs J. Lamey (Dubbo), Mrs Ron Smith (Hamilton), Mrs R. McEwan (Mark's Point) and sons, Christopher Bath (Hamilton), George Bath (Walcha), and Sid. Bath (AIF), together with 17 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. Mrs Wm. Grieve, senr., Walcha, and Mrs W. Hoy, Walcha, are sisters. The funeral took place to the Church of England cemetery, after service at St. Andrew's Church of England, Rev. J. S. H. Cawte conducting both services.
