Agrypina (Anna) Olgierdovna was born circa 1337 to Algirdas (1296-1377) and Maria Yaroslavna of Vitebsk (c1300-c1348) and died circa 1375 of unspecified causes.

Agrypina Olgierdovna was a daughter of Grand Duke of Lithuania Algirdas and his first wife Maria of Vitebsk. In 1354 she married Boris Konstantinovich of Suzdal, brother of Dmitri Konstantinovich of Suzdal. This fact is only mentioned in Suprasl Chronicle, a transcription of the first Lithuanian Chronicle. One Russian Chronicle confirms the fact of the marriage, but does not record bride's name. That is the only reliable information available about Agrypina.
