Allstedt (German pronunciation: [ˈalʃtɛt] (
listen)) is a town of Mansfeld-Südharz District, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. It is situated approximatively 10 km southeast of Sangerhausen.
History[]
Within the German Empire (1871-1918), Allstedt was part of the Grand Duchy of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach.
