Andrei Borisovich of Mikulin was born circa 1440 in Mikulin, Moscow Oblast, Russia to Boris Aleksandrovich of Mikulin (c1412-1460) and died 1505 Russia of unspecified causes.
Andrei Borisovich was the last reigning prince of Mikulin. In 1485 he ceded the principality of Mikulin to Ivan III of Russia and received in stead the Principality of Dmitrov which he kept until his death in 1505.
