The death took place on Wednesday night of Mrs. Ann Drew Eyles, wife of Mr. William Eyles, of 'Wanganui,' William Street, Orange East, at the age of 84 years. Deceased was born in Lancashire, England, and came out to Australia with her parents when only four years old. She resided at Field of Mars, near Parramatta, and 66 years ago married William Eyles, who then owned an orange orchard in the vicinity of Field of Mars. The property was sold in 1878, and the couple went to live in Orange, Mr. Eyles acquiring a cherry orchard at Canoblas.
