Ann Willing was born 1 August 1764 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, United States to Thomas Willing (1731-1821) and Anne McCall (1745-1781) and died 11 May 1801 Bermuda of tuberculosis. She married William Bingham (1752-1804) 26 October 1780 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, United States.
