She married Peter Chardon Brooks (1767-1849) 26 November 1792 in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
Anna is the daughter of a famous politician and delegate and chairman of the US Constitution Convention. Their daughter, Abigail Brown Brooks, would marry the grandson of President John Quincy Adams, leaving them with even more prominent posterity.
