Anna Magdalena Ubele was born on February 24, 1668 in Gross-Aspach, Wurttemburg, Germany to Hans Johannas Ubele and Anna Magdelena Muller. She married Johann Conrad Weiser in 1686 in Gross-Aspach. They had a total of 13 children. After the land that they lived in was revaged after war, pestilence, and an unusually cold and long winter, Anna died of a fever on May 10, 1709. Her son, Johann Conrad Weiser, Jr. writes, "Buried beside Her Ancestors, she was a god-fearing woman and much loved by Her neighbors. Her motto was Jesus I live for thee, I die for thee, thine am I in life and death."
