Anna Rebecca Livingston Ludlow Hall was born 17 March 1863 in Hempstead, Nassau County, New York, United States to Valentine Gill Hall (1834-1880) and Mary Livingston Ludlow (1843-1919) and died 7 December 1892 of diphtheria. She married Elliott Bulloch Roosevelt (1860-1894) 1 December 1883 in New York City, New York, United States.
