Anne Cecil was born 1612 to William Cecil, 2nd Earl of Salisbury (1591-1668) and Catherine Howard (c1588-1673) and died 6 December 1637 of unspecified causes. She married Algernon Percy, 10th Earl of Northumberland (1602-1668) 1629 .
