Anne Manners was born 1524 to Thomas Manners, 1st Earl of Rutland (bef1488-1543) and Eleanor Paston (bef1496-1550) and died after 27 June 1549 of unspecified causes. She married Henry Neville, 5th Earl of Westmorland (c1525-1564) 3 July 1536 JL in Holywell, Shoreditch, England, United Kingdom.
