Anne Stanhope was born 18 February 1576 to Thomas Stanhope (c1540-1596) and Margaret Port (1542-1613) and died 18 November 1651 of unspecified causes. She married John Holles, 1st Earl of Clare (1564-1637) 23 May 1591 in Shelford, Nottinghamshire, England, United Kingdom.
