Biography
Anne de Vere Capell was born circa 1675 to Arthur Capell, 1st Earl of Essex (1632-1683) and Elizabeth Percy (1636-1717) and died 14 October 1752 of unspecified causes. She married Charles Howard, 3rd Earl of Carlisle (1669-1738) 25 July 1683 .
