Ardovo (Hungarian: Pelsőcardó, Ardó) is a village and commune in the Rožňava District in the Košice Region of eastern Slovakia.

History[]

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1243.

Geography[]

The village lies at an altitude of 138 metres and covers an area of 18.464 km2 (7.13 sq mi). It has a population of about 840 people.
