Aristide Pascal was born in Bucharest in 1824. He got his doctor's degree in law at the University of Paris. He was first-president of the Tribunal of Ilfov County, lawyer and professor of civil law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest until 1894. He remained honorory professor and in 1896 was appointed dean of the Faculty of Law.
He was member of the Chamber of Deputies and senator.
