Arnold III. von Dießen, Count of Dießen, Count of Reichenhall, Count of Augstgau, Count of Wasserburg, Count of Ebersberg, Count of Rottgau, was born circa 1050 to Meginhard III von Reichersbeuern (-1066) and died circa 1096 of unspecified causes. He married Gisela von Schweinfurt (?-?) . He married Adelheid von Sulzbach (?-c1090) .

Arnold may also have been a son of Berthold II. von Dießen (?-aft1060) and Tochter von Hohenwart (bef1006-c1059), or of Friedrich I. von Regensburg (1030-1075) and Irmgard an der Mangfall (?-?). Three of his sons (Otto, Gebhard, Dietrich) may be the offspring of the unknown first husband of Gisela.
