Balderic, Bishop of Utrecht from 918 to 975.

The English version of Wikipedia has him as a son of Regnier I, Count of Hainaut but the Dutch and German versions have him as a son of Count Ricfried, son or son-in-law of Regnier. There is no trace of this Ricfried, even though he would have been Regnier's oldest son or the husband of his oldest daughter.
