TURNBULL.—At his residence, Lower Portland, Bartholomew Turnbull, from heart failure, aged 70 years. Deeply regretted.

WINDSOR, Monday.—Bartholomew Turnbull, J.P., 70 years old, and a native of the district, expired somewhat suddenly at his residence, Colo, last night. Though he had been in indifferent health for some time, death was not anticipated. He was held in the highest esteem, and had attained many positions of distinction in the community.
