Bethiah Ward, dau. of Hannah Brigham and her 2nd husband William Ward, whose birth is not of record at Marlborough, Mass. Based on her gravestone she was b. on or after Apr. 16, 1682. She d. Apr. 15, 1765 at Mansfield, Conn., Æ 83.
On June 17, 1705 at Marlborough, Mass., Bethiah m. her 1st cousin Elnathan Brigham (1683-1758), s. of Thomas Brigham and Mary Rice, b. Mar. 7, 1682/3 at Marlborough. He d. Apr. 10, 1758 at Mansfield, Conn. Their children are outlined in their father's memorial.
