Betsy was born 27 April 1860 in Weber Fort, Weber County, Utah Territory to Byram Lee Bybee (1799-1864) and Else Maria Knudsdatter (1820-1866) and died 19 September 1923 Delta, Millard County, Utah, United States of unspecified causes. She married Joshua Holden Cook (1857-1931) 15 March 1877 in St. George, Washington County, Utah, United States.
Biography
Betsy was the daughter of Mormon Pioneers who died shortly after their arrival in Utah. That left her an orphan at age 6. At that time she went to live with her uncle's family (Jorgen Knudsen (1828-1878)) and is listed on the 1870 US Census with them, living in Washington, UT. Betsy would later marry and have a great number of children of her own.
