Blanche Mobbs was born 21 November 1877 in Pennant Hills, New South Wales, Australia to James Samuel Mobbs (1829-1896) and Mary Ann Bevan (1831-1926) and died 13 October 1941 Carlingford, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. She married Alfred John James Kells (1871-1938) 27 January 1892 in All Saints, Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia.

Scalded.— Mrs. Alfred Kell (daughter of Mr. James Mobbs), of Carlingford, met with a very serious accident last week. She was lifting a kettle of boiling water off the fire when the kettle fell, throwing the water over her legs, which were both badly scalded from below the knees. Mrs. Kell is still in bed.
