Bloemendaal [ˈblu.mə(n).ˌdaːɫ] ( listen) is a municipality and a town in the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland. According to the Dutch Central Statistical Bureau, Bloemendaal is the wealthiest place in the Netherlands. [1]

Railway connections[]
Bloemendaal has a railway station - Bloemendaal railway station. There are two other stations in the municipality of Bloemendaal - Overveen and Heemstede-Aerdenhout.
Sports[]
Bloemendaal is the home town of one of the country's most famous field hockey clubs, HC Bloemendaal. The first men's team is competing for the Dutch title nearly every year.
