Calvert Brooks Andrus was born 16 August 1910 in St. George, Washington County, Utah to Alexander Burto Andrus (1875-1949) and Rosilla Brooks (1883-1967) and died 22 December 1992 Martinsburg, Berkeley County, Utah of unspecified causes. He married Edna Kay Tyler (1918-1995) 10 January 1942 in Los Angeles County, California.
Edna Kay saw the world, following her husband Calvert from Utah to Thailand to Okinawa and Japan as he served in the U.S. Army.
