Lady Caroline Spencer-Churchill was born on 12 November 1923.1 She is the daughter of Lt.-Col. John Albert Edward William Spencer-Churchill, 10th Duke of Marlborough and Hon. Alexandra Mary Hilda Cadogan.1 She married Major Charles Huguenot Waterhouse, son of Captain Rt. Hon.
