Familypedia has more than one way to show descendants of an individual.
The most common, a page that has become standard since 2009, is a simple subpage with name formed by adding "/descendants" to an individual's page name. See Help:Descendant page. Such a page and its contents can be created in a few seconds if you can use the individual's sensor page and "Edit with form" (as described on Help:Articles). The page will then automatically list several generations of descendants who have their own pages on the wiki or are listed as children of one of those. The page can be linked as a tab from the individual's page and from other standard subpages.
Use of a Capital "D" instead - i.e. "/Descendants" - is a simple way of naming a manually-created list that can show more detail; example at Mordecai Wheeler II (c1787-bef1873)/Descendants.
For an alternative selective chart, see Mareen Duvall (c1630-1694)/Presidential descendants and the talk page for the template it uses: Template talk:Ahnentafel-compact6.
