Biography
Catherine Marie Tobin was born 6 July 1890 in Askeaton, County Limerick, Republic of Ireland to Michael Tobin (1864-) and Mary Morrissey (c1862-) and died 9 June 1956 Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia of unspecified causes. She married Edwin Ernest Maher (1895-1967) 14 October 1924 in Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia.
In 1912 Catherine travelled by train from Foynes to Dublin from there she migrated to Australia with the Religious sisters of Charity Ireland on the ship Omrah via the Suez Canal.
