Cecil Edward Webster was born 14 March 1871 in Binda, New South Wales, Australia to Charles Samuel Webster (1845-1911) and Mary Jane Howarth (1850-1925) and died 14 August 1918 Binda, New South Wales, Australia of heart failure following on chronic asthma. He married Lydia Victoria Arnall (1876-1956) 28 January 1902 in Crookwell, New South Wales, Australia.

Obituary
Mr. Cecil Webster, a much respected resident of the Binda district, died at his late residence on the 14th ultimo at the early age of 47 years, the cause of death being heart failure following on chronic asthma. The deceased, who possessed many sterling qualities, was the second son of the late Mr. Samuel Webster and Mrs. Webster, of "Gargran," Binda. The deceased was a native of Binda district, where he resided all his life, and is survived by a widow and family of four.
