Cecil Weld-Forester, 1st Baron Forester, of Willey Park, was born circa 1767 to Cecil Forester (-1774) and Anne Townshend (-1825) and died 28 May 1828 of unspecified causes. He married Katherine Mary Manners (1779-1829) 16 June 1800 .
