Charles Drummond was born 24 June 1759 to Robert Drummond (1728-1804) and Winifred Thompson (bef1738-1791) and died 2 March 1823 of unspecified causes. He married Frances Dorothy Lockwood (c1760-1831) 26 July 1789 .
