Biography
Charles Hay, 3rd Marquess of Tweeddale, was born circa 11 November 1667 to John Hay, 2nd Marquess of Tweeddale (1645-1713) and Mary Maitland (1645-1702) and died 17 December 1715 of unspecified causes. He married Susanna Hamilton (1667-1737) 1694 .
