Charles John Kelly was born 18 November 1875 in Norcross, Gwinnett County, Georgia, United States to William Spence Kelly (1839-1924) and Sarah Pamela Williams (1837-1929) and died 19 March 1935 Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, United States of unspecified causes. He married Esther Elizabeth LaRose (1876-1965) 14 September 1899 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, United States.
Charles John Kelly was born November 18, 1875, in Norcross, Georgia, USA to William Spence Kelly (1839-1924) and Sarah Pamela Williams (1837-1929). He married Esther Elizabeth LaROSE on September 14, 1899, in Atlanta, Georgia. They had seven children in eleven years. Two daughters died early in life while five made it into adulthood. Nearly his entire career was spent in the newspaper or magazine business. He died on March 19, 1935, in Atlanta, Georgia, at the age of 59, and was buried March 20, 1935 in Westview Cemetery, Lot 272, Section 16, Atlanta, Fulton, Georgia.
