Biography
Charles Manners, 4th Duke of Rutland, was born 15 March 1754 to John Manners (1721-1770) and Frances Seymour (1728-1761) and died 24 October 1787 of liver disease. He married Mary Isabella Somerset (1756-1831) 26 December 1775 .
