Biography
Charles Neville, 6th Earl of Westmorland, was born circa 18 August 1542 to Henry Neville, 5th Earl of Westmorland (c1525-1564) and Anne Manners (1524-aft1549) and died 16 November 1601 Nieuwpoort, West Flanders, Flanders, Belgium of unspecified causes. He married Jane Howard (1537-1593) 1563 JL .
He was one of the leaders of the "Rising of the North" in 1569. He was attainted by Parliament in 1571. He survived on a small pension from the King of Spain, dying penniless and largely forgotten on 16 November 1601.
