Charles Stuart, Duke of Cambridge, was born 22 October 1660 in Worcester House, Strand, Greater London, England, United Kingdom to James II of England (1633-1701) and Anne Hyde (1637-1671) and died 5 May 1661 Whitehall Palace, Whitehall, Greater London, England, United Kingdom of smallpox.
He died before the patent for this title was passed and his younger brother, James was formally created Duke of Cambridge.
