Later life
Charles lived with his son Fred, his wife Charlotte and their children in Sunbury Lane, Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. His final address was 36 Sunbury Lane. Charles died aged 81, and was buried at St Mary's in Walton-on-Thames on 9 November 1922.
