Borșa is a commune in Cluj County, Romania. It is composed of four villages: Borșa (seat of the commune), Borșa-Cătun, Ciumăfaia and Giula. The commune also included the village of Borșa-Crestaia which, though still considered as being part of the commune, is totally abandoned and had no more inhabitants.
