Bulzeștii de Sus is a commune in Hunedoara County, Romania. It includes eight villages: Bulzeștii de Sus (seat of the commune), Bulzeștii de Jos, Giurgești, Grohot, Păulești, Rusești, Stănculești and Tomnatec. The commune also included the village of Ticera which at present had no more inhabitants.
