Căzănești is a commune in Mehedinți County, Romania. It includes twelve villages: Căzănești (seat of the commune), Ercea, Gârbovățu de Sus, Govodarva, Ilovu, Jignița, Păltinișu, Poiana, Roșia, Severinești, Suharu and Valea Coșuștei.
