Cotmeana (former names: Drăguțești-Săpunari, Săpunari and Drăguțești) is a commune in Argeș County, Romania. It is composed of fourteen villages: Cotmeana (seat of the commune), Bascovele, Bunești, Costești, Dealu Pădurii, Drăgolești, Lintești, Negești, Pielești, Săndulești, Spiridoni, Ursoaia, Vârloveni and Zamfirești .
