Fărăgău is a commune in Mureș County, Romania. It includes three villages: Fărăgău (seat of the commune), Poarta and Tonciu. The commune also included the villages of Fânațe, Hodaia and Onuca which at present are completely abandoned and have no more permanent inhabitants.
