Ghindăoani is a commune in Neamț County, Romania. It includes a single village: Ghindăoani, seat of the commune.
Created in 1925, the name of the commune was changed to Vasile Conta. The name was reverted to Ghindăoani in 1948 after the Communist party came to power.
