Iclănzel is a commune in Mureș County, Romania. It includes ten villages: Iclănzel (seat of the commune), Căpușu de Câmpie, Chisălița, După Deal, Fânațele Căpușului, Ghidașteu, Iclandu Mare, Mădărășeni, Tăblășeni and Valea Iclandului.
The commune also included the former village of Fânațe which at present is completely abandoned and has no more inhabitants
