Valea Largă is a commune in Mureș County, Romania. It includes eight villages: Valea Largă (seat of the commune), Grădini, Poduri, Valea Frăției, Valea Glodului, Valea Pădurii, Valea Șurii, Valea Urieșului. The commune also included the village of Mălăești, which, at present, is completely abandoned, having no more inhabitants.
