Biography
Constance Henrietta Paget was born 22 January 1823 to Henry Paget, 2nd Marquess of Anglesey (1797-1869) and Eleanora Campbell (c1799-1828) and died 5 March 1878 of unspecified causes. She married George James Finch, 11th Earl of Winchilsea (1815-1887) 6 August 1846 .
