Elisabeta Tașcă was born 1908 in Bucharest, Romania to Gheorghe Tașcă (1875-1951) and Cordelia Demetriescu (1874-1971) and died 1998 Bucharest, Romania of unspecified causes. She married Vasile Vasiliu (c1905-c1980) 1933 in Bucharest, Romania.
Cordelia Tașcă was Romania's national alpine ski champion in 1940 and 1941. During World War II she volunteered as a nurse, working in the field hospital of the Romanian Army in Stalino (now Donetsk) in Ukraine.
