Dalwood is a suburb split between the City of Maitland and Singleton Shire and located in the Lower Hunter Valley region in New South Wales, Australia. It is named after George Wyndham's estate known as Dalwood, that was named after Dalwood Farm, Wiltshire, England. Dalwood House was built in 1829 by George Wyndham.

A vineyard was planted in 1830 by George Wyndham and Wyndham Estate is now Australia's oldest operating winery.
