1966-69 US Army, including year in Vietnam, leaving as Flt Lt.
1969 Harvard Law School: grad JD 1972.
Practiced corporate law in New York 1972-74 then Wilmington, DE.
1995, sent by the American Bar Assn to help with reestablishing a legal system in Cambodia.
1996-97 set up Stock Exchange in Cayman Islands.
June 2000 went to Guernsey to work in its new Stock Exchange.
